Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan, who was arrested in a drug case, gave an explanation regarding WhatsApp chat in his appeal filed in the High Court.
Aryan's lawyers approached the High Court after the bail application was rejected by the special court, details of which have been released by the Indian media.
Aryan Khan has taken a stand in the petition filed through his lawyers that the way his WhatsApp chats have been presented by the investigating officer is completely wrong, the NCB did so in order to confiscate his drugs. Be involved in the matter.
He further added in the appeal that the WhatsApp chats which the NCB had set up were in fact old chats and in no way could these alleged WhatsApp chats be linked to any conspiracy for which any classified information had been received.
It may be recalled that during the hearing of the bail application on October 20, Aryan and actress Ananya Pandey's WhatsApp chat was presented in the court by the NCB in which they had a discussion about drugs.
