Nine alleged terrorists have been killed in an operation by the Counter Terrorism Department on intelligence in Mastung.
According to the news, the officials of Counter Terrorism Department in Roshi area of Mastung district of Balochistan acted on the report of presence of terrorists. Nine alleged terrorists were killed in an alleged exchange of fire during the operation. The bodies were taken to a nearby hospital for identification and other legal action.
A CTD spokesman said action was taken on a report of a camp used by the banned organization in Roshi, which had been used for recent terrorist activities in the province. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the camp, including nine Kalashnikovs, 20kg of explosives, a Prima card, a detonator and an RPG rocket with two shells.
