Popular Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor and younger Nawab Saif Ali Khan became the parents of another son.
The couple gave birth to a son today (February 21) at 8:30 am and Timur Ali Khan became the elder brother.
According to the Times of India, Kareena Kapoor was admitted to Bridge Candy Hospital around 5:30 pm yesterday where her son was born.
The Bollywood couple has not yet released pictures of the baby nor have they confirmed the birth of a son.
Kareena Kapoor's second child was confirmed by her father Randhir Kapoor.
According to The Quint, Randhir Kapoor said that Kareena Kapoor gave birth to a son this morning.
"We are very happy, both mother and baby are fine and we are at Bridge Candy Hospital," said Randhir Kapoor.
Kareena Kapoor was rumored to be optimistic in August last year when she was busy shooting for the upcoming film Lal Singh Chadha with Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan.
Later, on August 12, 2020, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan confirmed in a brief statement to the media that Timur Khan was going to be a big brother.
The actor-couple also thanked the fans for their good wishes and also requested prayers from the fans.
Before the arrival of the second child, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena had moved into a large house with a library, a beautiful terrace, swimming, a special nursery for the new baby and a place for Timur Ali Khan.
It may be recalled that before the Bollywood couple had their second son, an astrologer Jagannath Guruji had predicted that a little fairy would come to Kareena Kapoor's house.
Kareena Kapoor has been very active during her pregnancy. She had also completed the shooting of her part in the upcoming film 'Lal Singh Chadha' with Aamir Khan in Delhi.
During the lockdown, Kareena Kapoor also shot several commercials and changed her house into sets several times in this regard.
Later, Kareena Kapoor took off from her job while Saif Ali Khan was busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Phone Bhoot'.
Kareena Kapoor will also be seen in Karan Johar's film 'Takht' while Saif Ali Khan will be seen in 'Adhi Parsh', 'Bhoot Police' and 'Bunty Aur Babli 2'.
It may be recalled that Saif Ali Khan was married in 2012 and their first son, Timur Ali Khan, was born on December 20, 2016.
