A major theft took place in different parts of Kuwait. Police arrested the accused in a dramatic manner for stealing watches and other items worth 2.5 million dinars.
According to Arab media reports, the burglary took place in several houses in Al-Da'iyah, Qartana, Qudsia and Al-Faiha areas of Kuwait where unknown individuals entered the houses and fled with valuable watches, jewelery and other belongings.
According to police officials, the stolen items were worth about 2.5 million dinars, including women's bags, gold and silver jewelery and watches.
Police arrested the suspect when he arrived at the market to sell a valuable watch. By the way, the price of this watch was close to 80,000 dinars but the accused talked about selling it for 30,000 dinars. Surprisingly, the incident was committed by the same person.
The shopkeeper informed the Criminal Investigation Team (CID) about the presence of the accused and said that he had come to sell the watch for only 30,000 dinars.
CID officers raided the shop and arrested the man, who confessed to the theft during interrogation and said he had struck a deal with a trader to sell the stolen items for 180,000 dinars. Was

During the police interrogation, the accused said that he gave other goods to his friend who gave a watch as a gift to the maid. Even if the maid had worked in Kuwait for fifty years, she could not buy such a watch. The accused said that he carried out the operation alone and hid the rest of his belongings in a house in the vicinity of Da'iyah.
Regarding his conduct, the accused told police that he used stolen cars and iPhones to avoid arrest, choosing homes where there were belongings but no accommodation, entering the house at night and He used to pack up and run away in the morning. Despite such precautions, he himself was surprised when the police arrived.
The accused said that when he went to a house for burglary, he saw a dog, if given a chance, he would take the dog as well because he liked it very much.
The Interior Ministry's Public Relations and Security Media Department took note of the theft and said police were searching for gang members who stole valuables. No such action.
