There will be a fine of 5 million riyals for promoting unregistered cosmetics in Saudi Arabia.
This is stated in a statement issued by the Saudi Drug and Food Authority.
According to the lesson website, the authority has clarified that "advertising of unregistered cosmetics is a violation of section 21 of the law."
The authority also clarified that the sale of animal feed or fodder that could harm the animal or public health is also prohibited.
A company selling unhealthy food items or fodder could face a fine of 200,000 to 100,000 riyals.
The statement also said that eating unhealthy animal food or fodder is a violation of Section 15/2 of the law, which can be punished.
