In India, a video of a black cobra being watered by a glass has gone viral.
Indian IBS officer Susanta Nanda shared a video on her Twitter handle account showing a monkey and a few ducklings sharing and eating watermelon. Love is to shaređź’• pic.twitter.com/2Y4WETf0aA
In response to the video of the Indian officer, another user shared a video of watering the cobra snake in the response comments and also wrote that the baby monkeys and ducks are eating watermelon and drinking water from a cobra glass here.
The user added that snakes also need to be hydrated, but they do not open their mouths to drink water but have a small nostril near their mouth from which they suck water. Monkey and ducklings are eating watermelon and here u are watching the king cobra actually drinking water from a glass held in the hand. They too have to be hydrated then n there. But they don't open the mouth to drink water there is a small nostrils through which they suck water pic.twitter.com/6g2nZUUXke
This post is outdated, the user replied to Ms. Nanda in August last year. But it's going viral again because it's summer and very few people actually expect to see a thirsty cobra.
While it is natural for every animal to drink water to keep itself cool in the scorching heat, this video has cooled the backbone of Internet users.
