Syria: Due to the ongoing civil war, in the winter season, people turned the missile into a heater to get warmth.
According to the news agency, a man named Asad Al-Obeid has recycled a missile in his house in Jassar Al Shughar city of Idlib province and turned it into a heater.
Assad al-Obeid, a Syrian citizen, says that because of the ongoing war in the country, people here cannot afford to buy heaters, so people, including women and children, keep searching the area for missiles and rockets that have fallen.
Asad said he also found the missile near his house, which he turned into a heater from a nearby blacksmith.
It should be noted that local blacksmiths carefully empty the rockets and missiles at a distance of 28 to 32 cm to enable them to be used as heaters, while the missile ammunition is purchased to build a mining tunnel or to break stones.
