Decision to change Sunny Leone song on the warning of Indian Minister

The company that released Sunny Leone's song "Madhuban" has announced to change the lyrics and name of the song on all platforms after receiving a warning from the Minister of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

According to Indian media, Madhya Pradesh Minister Narutam Mishra had said that the song had hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus. The Indian minister had issued a warning to actress Sunny Leone, singers Kanika Kapoor, Sharb and Toshi saying that the song should be withdrawn within three days or else strict action would be taken against them.

It should be noted that within 24 hours of the release of the song Madhuban, there was a flurry of criticism on this song. The Hindu community was of the view that the song was an insult to the Hindu goddess Radha.

Hindus say that this song has hurt our feelings because Radha was a true worshiper of God who is portrayed as a dancer in the song. The public has also demanded an apology from actress Sunny Leone and the singer.
