Shilpa and Raj Kundra sent a notice to Sherlyn seeking Rs 50 crore in damages

 
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kandra have filed a defamation suit against actress Sherlyn Chopra.

It may be recalled that actress Sherlyn Chopra had filed a case of sexual harassment against Raj Kandra and Shilpa Shetty and accused both of them of sexual and mental harassment.

Now on the same issue, Shilpa and Raj have filed a claim against Sherlyn for damages of Rs 50 crore for damaging their reputation.

Shilpa and her husband also demanded an apology from the actress for her statement.

 It may be recalled that Sherlyn Chopra had announced to hold a press conference against Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kendra. A defamation suit will be filed against him for the conference.

It should be noted that in the case of pornographic films, according to Sherlyn Chopra, she first gave a statement to the investigation team in this case. In this case, Shilpa's husband Raj Kandra is on bail.
