Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan, has been arrested in a drug case under four sections of the NDPS Act. He could face up to 20 years in prison in these cases.
Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested on the night of October 2 in a drug case. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a Rio party on a Mumbai beach on the night of October 2 and seized illegal drugs.
Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was also present on the ship. Aryan was arrested after questioning on the basis of evidence gathered against him during the investigation. According to Indian media, for the first 15 hours of his arrest, the NCB interrogated Aryan Khan, during which Aryan admitted to buying drugs.

Aryan Khan has been arrested by the NCB under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985. And if these charges are proved against them, let us know how many years they can be sentenced.
Section 8C of the NDPS is a case of buying and selling drugs and if convicted, Aryan could face up to six months to 10 years in prison.
Section 20B is a case of possession of cannabis, hashish and drugs and in this case the sentence is up to 20 years, so if this charge is proved against Aryan Khan, he can be sentenced to 20 years.
Section 27 This section is imposed on the accused in case of possession of drugs and in section 35 the accused has to prove his innocence.
According to Indian media, after his arrest, Aryan Khan underwent a regular medical test at JJ Hospital, after which he was brought to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office. He was later produced in court where the court remanded Aryan in the custody of the NCB till October 7.
