Aryan, the eldest son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan, has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau of India (NCB) in a drug-related case.
According to the Times of India, the NCB raided a party on a cruise ship at the port of Mumbai on the night of October 2.
There was speculation that the son of a major Bollywood actor has also been arrested in the case.
After which a senior NCB official confirmed to E-Times that Narcotics Control Bureau officials have arrested Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan.
"They are being investigated," said a senior NCB official.
A source close to investigators said Aryan was arrested for questioning but may not have been involved in drug possession.
It is also being said that Aryan Khan has been arrested in a drug possession case but no confirmation has been received in this regard.
Last night, the ANI said in a tweet that "the NCB raided a party on a cruise in Mumbai and arrested 10 people."

On the other hand, in an India Today report, NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede said that the Narcotics Control Bureau was questioning Aryan Khan and no case had been registered against him.
Apart from Aryan Khan, his close friends Arbaaz Merchant, Manman Dhamicha, Nopur Sreeka, Smit Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chopra and Gomat Chopra are also being questioned.
Aryan Khan is the eldest son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.
Shah Rukh has 3 children, his daughter's name is Sahana Khan, his eldest son's name is Aryan and his youngest son's name is Abram Khan.
