Indian citizen angry over showing Kashmir as 'disputed area' in superhero movie

Citizens of India launched a boycott campaign against the recently released animated film 'Injustice' by the American film production company 'DC' for showing occupied Jammu and Kashmir as a 'disputed area'.

The film 'Injustice' was released on October 19, with one scene showing 'Superman' and 'Superwoman' destroying military equipment in occupied Kashmir, much to the chagrin of Indian citizens.

The word "disputed territory" related to "Kashmir" can be heard in the background of the scene, while the Israeli flag is also shown at the end of the scene.

In the above scenario, the people of India expressed their anger over the declaration of 'Kashmir' as a 'disputed territory' and said that 'Occupied Kashmir' is an integral part of India and the animated film is a link in a global conspiracy.

Many people used the hashtag of boycott of the film production company while tweeting against DC Comics and DC Film Production House for not declaring occupied Kashmir as part of India in the film.

Some people also claimed that the weapons and ships shown in the scene by 'Superman and Superwoman' being destroyed were termed as Indian war materials, although the word 'India' was used in the film's scene.

In the scene, after the destruction of ammunition by heroes and heroines, it is heard that they have cleared the 'disputed area' of Kashmir.

Among those who tweeted against DC Comics and Productions were top leaders, workers and assembly members of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Many people tweeted against the film team, calling Occupied Kashmir part of India and saying that DC's animated film is a link in a global conspiracy aimed at separating the Valley from India.
