Citizens of India launched a boycott campaign against the recently released animated film 'Injustice' by the American film production company 'DC' for showing occupied Jammu and Kashmir as a 'disputed area'.
The film 'Injustice' was released on October 19, with one scene showing 'Superman' and 'Superwoman' destroying military equipment in occupied Kashmir, much to the chagrin of Indian citizens. In the @DCComics new film "Injustice", Superman declares Kashmir a disputed region. Superman and Wonder Woman are seen destroying the weapons to demilitarise the region. Who’s funding such propaganda films? Is it a CIA+ISI JV post Taliban? Govt of India should fix this. pic.twitter.com/lgAXtUGQEm
The word "disputed territory" related to "Kashmir" can be heard in the background of the scene, while the Israeli flag is also shown at the end of the scene.
In the above scenario, the people of India expressed their anger over the declaration of 'Kashmir' as a 'disputed territory' and said that 'Occupied Kashmir' is an integral part of India and the animated film is a link in a global conspiracy.
Many people used the hashtag of boycott of the film production company while tweeting against DC Comics and DC Film Production House for not declaring occupied Kashmir as part of India in the film. Westerners are now using animated movies to propagate the Anti India propaganda. These cheap stunts won't work.
Kashmir is our integral part & we won't tolerate these offending attempts to malign us. @DCComics Delete disputed scenes! #AntiIndiaSuperman @sudhirchaudhary
Some people also claimed that the weapons and ships shown in the scene by 'Superman and Superwoman' being destroyed were termed as Indian war materials, although the word 'India' was used in the film's scene.
In the scene, after the destruction of ammunition by heroes and heroines, it is heard that they have cleared the 'disputed area' of Kashmir. Indian Air Force F/A-18D "Hornets", armed with AIM-9L "Sidewinder" InfraRed (IR) Close Combat Missiles (CCMs), being destroyed by renowned Justice League icon Superman over Kashmir.

Many people tweeted against the film team, calling Occupied Kashmir part of India and saying that DC's animated film is a link in a global conspiracy aimed at separating the Valley from India.
