Indian-origin Hollywood actress Freida Pinto, who started her career with the Oscar-winning film 'Slim Dog Millionaire', confessed to her secret marriage after she became pregnant.
Freida Pinto hinted at an early marriage in November 2018, but at the end of 2019, she got engaged instead.
She recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, where she not only acknowledged her marriage but also confirmed the expected birth of a child.
The actress said in the program that she was engaged to long time boyfriend photographer Corey Taran in 2019 and they also intended to get married in a wonderful way.
According to Freida Pinto, however, the Corona epidemic in 2020 turned their wishes upside down and they could not get married according to their wishes.
The host asks her when she intends to get married. To which Freida Pinto simply replied that they were already married.
The actress said that they not only spent time together in New York during the Corona Lockdown, but they also got married and are now pregnant.
She identified her "baby bump" and admitted that she had simply married secretly in 2020 and was now expecting her first child.
Prior to Corey Taran, Freida Pinto had an affair with Dev Patel, a co-star in 'Slim Dog Millionaire', with whom she had been in a relationship for six years and the two separated in 2016.
Before Dev Patel, he was also engaged to Rohan Antao, but he broke free from his relationship in 2009 after the success of the film 'Slim Dog Millionaire'.
Born into a Christian family in Freida Pinto, India, she received her early education in Mumbai, after which she moved to the United States at an early age.
She started her career with 'Slim Dog Millionaire' in 2008. So far, she has acted in several Indian films, including American and British.
Freida Pinto is the only Indian actress to have worked regularly in Hollywood films and music projects.
