Actor Aamir Khan's new ad, dubbed Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist, has caused unrest among extremist Hindus.
Recently, Aamir Khan appeared in an advertisement for a car tire in which he was spreading awareness about the firecrackers being lit by the people on the roads and streets after winning the match, saying, "If today our team loses six. If it is released, we will also release firecrackers, but not on the road inside the society. "Because the road is for driving, not for lighting firecrackers."
Through this advertisement, Aamir Khan has given a message to the people that when firecrackers are lit on the road, the roads get blocked which causes trouble to the people. But as expected, the extremist Hindus did not take Aamir Khan's message lightly and gave it a religious color.
BJP Karnataka minister Ananth Kumar has written a letter to the manager and CEO of a car tire company criticizing Aamir Khan for working on the ad, saying that the ad was not popular among Hindus.
In the letter, the BJP minister further wrote that your advertisement in which Aamir Khan has worked has given the message not to light firecrackers on the road. However, I would like to draw your attention to another issue which has caused people to Trouble on the streets.
The BJP minister wrote in the letter, expressing hatred for Muslims, "blocking the road by Muslims in the name of Friday prayers."
Minister Ananth Kumar did not stop there, but said about the call to prayer that the call to prayer is given on a mic every day, the sound of which disturbs many people. Ananth Kumar said without naming the Muslim heroes of Bollywood, a group of "anti-Hindu heroes" always hurt the feelings of Hindus and do not talk about their community.
However, I request you to take notice of the incident in which your company's advertisement has created uneasiness among Hindus.
Earlier, singer Sonu Nigam had also spoken about the ban on the call to prayer, which caused a stir in India.
