ISIS has claimed responsibility for bombings against the Taliban in Dzhalal-Abad and Nangarhar, following which the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's intelligence agency has made large-scale arrests.
According to the International News Agency, the Taliban's intelligence chief, Dr. Bashir, has confirmed that 40 people have been arrested in connection with three bombings against the Taliban in Jalalabad.
Dr Bashir did not say which party or group the detainees belonged to, but ISIS Khorasan claimed responsibility for every recent blast.
A vehicle was also attacked in Nangarhar today in which a child was killed and two others were injured. ISIS Khorasan has also claimed responsibility for the attack.
It should be noted that after the Taliban took over the government, the first suicide bombing was carried out at Kabul airport, after which three attacks were carried out on Taliban patrol vehicles in Dzhalal-Abad and one attack was also carried out in Nangarhar today.
