Actress Meera's denial of marriage appeal was heard in Sessions Court Lahore. During the hearing, actress Meera cried for justice in the courtroom for decades.
The actress kept on crying in the courtroom and presenting her clean slate and said that I have been wandering for exile for ten years in the judge. When the judge appeared in the American court, my words were heard in full.
The court barred actress Meera from shouting and speaking and adjourned the hearing till October 5, summoning lawyers to discuss the amended evidence.
It is to be noted that the Family Court had declared actress Meera as the wife of Atiq-ur-Rehman. However, actress Meera has filed an appeal against the decision of the Family Court. Actress Meera took a stand in the appeal that she did not marry Atiq-ur-Rehman. Atiq-ur-Rehman misled the Family Court. The Family Court ruled against the facts, so the court annulled the decision of the Family Court.
