Initially, after the video surfaced, people thought it was fake, but also praised the woman.
After people around the world called the video fake and questioned its authenticity, the airline released the video behind the shooting, saying it was genuine.
The airline also shared a short video made during the preparation of the ad on social media, which went viral as soon as it was seen and people praised the woman's bravery.
