The Sessions Court restrained the police from arresting an accused named Shahrooz Saeed in a case of abuse of a woman at Minar Pakistan till September 3.
According to private TV, Additional Sessions Judge of Sessions Court Lahore heard the interim bail of accused Shahrooz Saeed involved in the Minar Pakistan case. During the hearing, the accused's lawyer appeared before the court and requested that the accused be involved in the investigation Therefore, the court should issue an order to stop the arrest of the accused.
The court sought a record of the case from the police and stayed the arrest of the accused till September 3.
It is to be noted that the medical treatment of Ayesha Akram who was harassed in Greater Iqbal Park has been completed while according to the report of private TV Geo News, the medical treatment of the victim Ayesha Akram was done at Nawaz Sharif Hospital in which inflammation and wounds were found on her body. Signs have been found.
