Arshi Khan abandons engagement with 'Afghan cricketer'

 
Actress Arshi Khan, best known for her role in the Indian reality show Bigg Boss, has signaled that she will give up her engagement to an Afghan cricket team player this year.

In a recent interview to Indian media, the actress had revealed that she is from Afghanistan.

The actress also said that there are sons of my father's friend in the Afghan cricket team who were chosen by my father as my companion.

"Our engagement was to take place in October this year, but after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, I think this relationship will have to end now," Arshi Khan said on condition of anonymity.

The actress said that her fianc was a good friend of mine and we used to talk on the phone but due to the current situation, the family will not agree to this relationship and now they will find another relationship for me in India.
