South Africa has given Pakistan a target of 274 runs in the first ODI.

In the match being played at Super Sports Park Centurion, South Africa scored 273 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs.

The highlight of the hosts' innings was Van Derdison's unbeaten 123, hitting two sixes and 10 fours.

The other prominent batsman from South Africa was David Miller, who played an innings of 50 runs.

From Green Shirts, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf took 2-2 while Faheem Ashraf and Mohammad Hasnain took 1-1.
