Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that relations with India cannot be normalized without giving Kashmir the right to self-determination.
Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired an important meeting on relations with India, which was attended by Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and senior Foreign Ministry officials. The meeting was briefed by the Foreign Ministry on trade proposals with India, and it was agreed that no trade with India could take place until the constitutional status of occupied Kashmir is restored.
PM Imran Khan said that our position in principle is that there will be no trade with India without resolving the Kashmir issue, it will give the wrong impression that we should ignore Kashmir and start trade with India, give Kashmir the right to self-determination. Relations with India cannot be normal without it.
