A ball of light was seen in the sky in several cities in the UK which exploded, citizens shared their frightened impressions on the social networking site Twitter.
According to British media, the light ball was a meteorite that exploded after entering the Earth's airspace. It was seen in many British cities, including Cardiff and Manchester.
Posting his video on Twitter, a user wrote that when he saw it, he first thought it was a bright star or a plane, then gradually it grew bigger and took the form of a sphere of light, followed by a strong flash of light And the shell disappeared into the air, leaving bright orange lines behind.

The UK Meteorological Network says more than 120 people have reported the meteorite.
"It's not uncommon for meteors to burn and sometimes explode after entering Earth's airspace," said Matty and Networks.
