According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistan Day celebrations have been postponed due to bad weather forecast.
According to ISPR, the Pakistan Day celebrations on March 23 have been postponed for two days and will now be held on March 25.
It is to be noted that this day is commemorated on the occasion of the passage of the historic resolution Lahore which provided a strategy for realizing the goal of a separate motherland for the Muslims of South Asia. The rules and regulations will be observed in all the ceremonies held on the occasion of the day.
The main event of the day will be a spectacular military parade on Parade Avenue Islamabad where the Armed Forces will pass a march and fighter jets will perform aerial stunts. Distribute awards and medals to outstanding personalities.
Radio Pakistan and Pakistan Television will broadcast special programs to pay tribute to the leaders of Tehreek-e-Pakistan and highlight the importance of this day.
