US Special Envoy for Afghan Reconciliation Zalmai Khalilzad has called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), US Special Representative for the Afghan Reconciliation Process Zalmai Khalilzad has visited the GHQ where he met with the Army Chief to discuss the Afghan peace process. According to ISPR, the meeting decided to continue talks for the common goal of Afghan peace. Zalmai Khalilzad praised Pakistan's efforts for lasting peace in Afghanistan.
