The court indicted five accused of the banned outfit involved in the attack on the Chinese consulate, while the accused pleaded not guilty.
According to details, a case related to the attack on the Chinese consulate was heard in the anti-terrorism court. During the hearing, the accused involved in the banned organization denied any wrongdoing.
Sources said that the court has issued notices to the witnesses and the investigating officer while the 15 accused named in the case have been declared notorious.
Police said that two accused including Abdul Latif have confessed to the crime after which the accused recorded a statement under section 164 before the magistrate.
Police say the Indian agency RAW provided financial support to the terrorists while the accused facilitated the killed terrorists.
The suspects provided weapons and explosives to the attackers, while the arrested suspects also did reiki at the Chinese consulate.
Police further said that Interpol would be contacted for the arrest of the fugitives. The court directed the witnesses and the investigating officer to appear at the next hearing.
