Major General Babar Iftikhar, Director General (DG ISPR), Pakistan Army Public Relations Department, said that over the past decade, our people and institutions have faced the challenges head on and as a nation we have been able to overcome the difficulties.
Addressing the most important press conference, the DG ISPR said that the last 10 years have been a challenging time for Pakistan in all respects. In this decade, on the one hand, Indian atrocities were going on on the eastern border and on the other hand, Pakistan was being destabilized by the backing of banned organizations on the western border.
A meeting of the Federal Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held tomorrow
He said that despite all these challenges, the institutions and people of Pakistan united to face these difficulties and as a nation Allah has served us. With the restoration of law and order in the western districts, economic activities have been started and steps have been taken to secure the Pak-Afghan and Pak-Iran borders.
According to the DG ISPR, the world is acknowledging that Pakistan has identified and countered India's nefarious intentions and threats over the past decade.
