The PDM meeting could not reach a consensus on the issue of resignations. Asif Ali Zardari sought time till December 26 regarding the resignations.

According to private TV, Asif Ali Zardari suggested that a no-confidence motion be brought but Maulana Fazlur Rehman rejected the no-confidence motion. Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the fate of no-confidence would be like a movement against the Chairman Senate.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Imran Khan will take advantage of the failed movement and PDM will bear the loss. We were embarrassed despite the majority in the Senate.
It was not agreed to bring a no-confidence motion against Fazlur Rehman. Asif Ali Zardari had proposed a no-confidence motion.
