A written order has been issued to declare former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif a fugitive, Accountability Court Judge Asad Ali has issued a written order.
According to private TV, the written order said that Nawaz Sharif did not appear in the court despite repeated summons. Nawaz Sharif did not appear even 30 days after the advertisements were posted. Permanent arrest warrants were issued for his arrest.
The written order said that the concerned SHO should note the permanent arrest warrant of Nawaz Sharif in the register, to the extent of Nawaz Sharif, the case has been separated from the reference, NAB should present the details of Nawaz Sharif's movable and immovable property in the court. Copies of the reference will be provided to the accused.
