The administration of the holy places in Saudi Arabia has prepared a new pulpit for Friday sermon in the Masjid al-Haram to prevent the spread of corona virus.
According to Arab media reports, Secretary Administration Muhammad Al-Jabri said that Al-Mukbariya, the center of Adhan and Takbir, is sanitized after every prayer.
On Friday, the process of cleaning, washing and sanitizing the Masjid-ul-Haram is intensified while special teams also make arrangements to keep the Haram fragrant.
The Secretary Administration further said that the Friday sermon is delivered at the designated place on the pulpit and is sanitized. A microphone is also installed.
