Nilanshi Patel, the 18-year-old girl with the longest hair in the world, broke her own world record for the third time.
Nilanshi, from Modasa in Gujarat, India, had earlier entered the Guinness Book of World Records in 2018, after which she equaled her own record again the following year.
Last year, Nilashi was 17 years old when her hair was 6 feet 2 inches long. Earlier, in December 2018, when she was 16 years old, her hair was 5 feet 6 inches long.
Now, for the third time in 2020, when Nilanshi turned 18, she re-entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the youngest girl with the longest hair.
Nilanshi said that her hair was cut wrong at the age of 6, after which she decided not to cut her hair and she has not cut her hair for the last 12 years.
"Because of my height, my hair touches the ground, so I have to wear high heels. My family also helped me set a world record and then break my own record,"
