President of Pakistan-administered Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan has said that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is emerging as a resistance figure in the Muslim world due to his tough stance on the crisis facing the Muslim Ummah.

He said that the visit of Kashmiri students and teachers to Turkey would provide an opportunity for the people of the two countries to come closer to each other.
He especially thanked the Turkish government and the Turkish Council of Higher Education for their efforts in providing higher education to Turkish students in Turkey.
Sardar Masood Khan said that President Erdogan played the role of a principled and courageous politician and Muslim leader by presenting the case of Kashmir in every international forum. At the UN General Assembly, President Erdoانan has shaken the conscience of the international community by exposing the state atrocities against Muslims in Indian-administered Kashmir.
He thanked President Erdogan for helping the Kashmiri people in the 2015 earthquake and the 2010 floods and said that Turkey helped Pakistan and Kashmir in every difficult time.
He also invited Turkish investors to invest in Kashmir in the fields of tourism, agriculture and education.
Addressing the ceremony, Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Ehsan Mustafa Erdakol said that Kashmiri students would get the best educational opportunities in Turkey. At the same time, they will enjoy Turkey's natural beauty, culture and history. He said that Turkey would continue to support Kashmir in the field of education.
