A Saudi girl and her partner were arrested while riding a motorcycle in the Saudi city of Taif.
The girl also frightened a citizen by showing him a pistol while riding a motorcycle.
Sabq News quoted regional police spokesman Major Muhammad Al-Ghamdi as saying that a viral video on social media showed a girl riding a motorcycle with her partner who pulled a pistol on a passerby to harass him.
Major al-Ghamdi said the incident took place in Taif. After receiving the video, the police immediately identified the location and issued arrest warrants for the accused.
The operation was carried out by a special police unit. The two suspects on the motorcycle are Saudis, one a boy and the other a girl. The suspects are between 20 and 30 years old.
An FIR has been registered against them and their case has been sent to the Prosecution General's Office where the case will be filed in the court after further investigation.
