Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan has been named the most trusted figure in the Indian film industry and Deepika Padukone has been named the most trusted actress.
According to the Hindustan Times, the Celebrities Research report states that 88% of the people have voted in favor of Amitabh Bachchan while 86.8% have rated Akshay Kumar as the most trusted person in Bollywood.
Deepika Padukone is the most trusted actress in Bollywood with 82.8% of the votes, while Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have been given the first position among the Indian celebrities.
Leading TV star Kapil Sharma has been declared as the most trusted personality of TV. 63.2 per cent people voted for her while Kajol topped the list of female celebrities.
Former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named the number one male celebrity in sports, while Indian women's cricket team captain Mithali Raj has been named the most trusted figure in women's sports celebrities.
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and top heroine Deepika Padukone have been named the most recognizable couple in India.
Bollywood actor Ayushman Khurana has become the most recognizable person in India. Bollywood star actress Kareena Kapoor and Bharti Singh have been named the most recognizable female celebrities on TV in India.
Deepika Padukone (60.3 per cent) is India's most glamorous celebrity, followed by Priyanka Chopra (57.7 per cent). Actor Ranbir Kapoor is at the third position in this list, 52.4% of the people voted for him.
It may be recalled that this report has been prepared after taking the response of 60,000 people in 23 cities of India.
These cities include Ahmedabad, Patna, Bangalore, Agra, Delhi, Ludhiana and Visakhapatnam among others.
