US Secretary of Defense Mark Asper has said that China stands shoulder to shoulder with India in its efforts to destabilize the region and against aggression. According to private news channel Geo, the US Secretary of State and US Secretary of Defense are in New Delhi. Met his Indian counterparts SJ Shankar and Rajnath Singh and signed the defense agreement 'Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement'.
