According to the details, Saudi engineer Hassam Mahjoob has designed the new building from Saudi costume. He surprised the people by designing the building in the style of Al-Shamagh.

In an interview with Saudi media, Saudi engineer Hussam Mahjoob said, "I had planned to change the architectural design of my culture on my return home after completing my studies abroad."
"I want Saudi Arabia's buildings to be a mirror of Saudi culture," he said.
Hussam Mahjoob said that while studying abroad, foreigners often asked about Saudi Shamagh, what is Shamagh and why do Saudi citizens use it? This background led me to design a Shamagh-shaped building.
