The government's decision to permanently suspend flights of the national airline (PIA) to Japan has caused great distress to the Pakistani community in Japan and protests by the Pakistani community in Japan continue.
President of Pak-Japan Foundation Chaudhry Asif Mehmood has completed the paperwork to file a case in the High Court against the decision of PIA to suspend flights to Japan and a writ will also be filed in the High Court on Monday.
In this regard, the head of Pak-Japan Foundation, Chaudhry Asif, while talking to Jang, said that 15,000 Pakistanis living in Japan are connected to their country through the embassy of Pakistan and the national airline, despite the presence of the best airlines in the world. He and the Pakistani community are proud to travel with PIA.
The remnants of Pakistanis who have been collecting foreign exchange blood in their country's economic veins for the rest of their lives are sent to Pakistan through the same airline, which has been in full swing for the last few years. A large number of Chinese passengers travel to China via the national airline and it is difficult to get seats, it is unreasonable to close the airline on such an occasion.
Chaudhry Asif said that it is true that the corona virus has caused severe economic problems to the travel industry but this has happened to airlines around the world. The government should plan to address this problem and the entire airline operation.
He has decided to file a writ petition against the government's decision in the High Court on Monday through Pakistan's leading lawyer Syed Hamad Raza Naqvi. He hopes that with the support of the Pakistani community in Japan, he will be able to reverse the government's decision.
