My colleagues are getting threatening calls, Maryam Nawaz

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said that people close to her are receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers.

In a message on social media, Nawaz said that unknown numbers were being told that after today's speeches, they should be ready for crackdown.

He said that the people of Pakistan should take note, it is written here for the record.

On the other hand, Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to PM Imran Khan for Political Coordinator, in response to Maryam Nawaz's tweet, said that he had spoken to an expert who had to forensicize the phones of those who received calls so that the intimidator could be reached.

"Please contact law enforcement and get a forensic examination," he said.

It may be recalled that the opposition Ittehad-e-Pakistan Democratic Movement, after Gujranwala and Karachi, also showed full people's strength in Quetta.
