Mumbai Indians beat Chennai Super Kings by 10 wickets to top points table

Under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Chennai Super Kings have almost ended their journey in IPL-13 due to the embarrassing surrender of their batsmen. The Chennai Super Kings suffered a 10-wicket defeat at the hands of the Mumbai Indians on Friday and were on the verge of being knocked out of the IPL play-offs. Even after that, his performance continued to decline.

Mumbai avenged their defeat in the opening match with a win over Chennai. Chennai will have to win the remaining three matches by a big margin and expect four more teams to stop at 12 points but the current performance does not bode well for Chennai.

Chennai were embarrassed by the embarrassing surrender of their top order batsmen. Although Chennai scored 114 for nine in 20 overs thanks to Sam Karen's explosive 52-run innings, the score was not a problem for Mumbai. Mumbai won by 116 runs in 12.2 overs without losing a wicket with the help of their excellent innings of openers Ishan Kishan (not out 68) and Quinton de Kock (not out 46).
