SAN FRANCISCO: Facebook, the world's largest social networking site, has introduced a new feature for users that will no longer require them to go to separate messengers for Instagram and Facebook chat.
A statement from Facebook said users of both apps can now chat on both from a single app.
According to a statement issued by the company, Instagram and Facebook Messenger will remain independent and their inboxes will be separate.
It is said that the service introduced by Facebook will make it easier for users to keep in touch with their friends and loved ones as some people avoid using Instagram or Facebook.
Remember that Facebook is working on integrating all messaging apps, ie Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram, and this feature is probably part of the same project.
Facebook is also working to allow WhatsApp users to chat with people on Messenger and Instagram, but it's not yet clear how this feature will be used.

"Putting the messaging app together was a big challenge for us, but we've succeeded," said Lordina Crisian, Messenger's head of product design.
According to technology experts, Facebook has also started working on message encryption keeping in mind the security of users so that the delivery of messages can be secure and the trust of users can be restored.

"We're prioritizing this kind of work within Facebook Family Apps. It may be expanded to more large-scale anti-apps in the future, but it will be a very difficult task," said Instagram Product Head Vipul Shaw. '
The same messenger feature is currently being introduced for users in a few countries, all users will be able to use after successful testing.
To use this feature, users need to change the settings in Instagram and Messenger apps so that they can talk to their friends and loved ones on both services. In Messenger, this option will be hidden in the message delivery section, while on Instagram, this message will be available in the controls.
