What was the accused Waqarul Hassan doing on the night of the tragic incident?

Muhammad Shabbir, brother of Waqar-ul-Hassan, accused in the motorway rape case, has said that Waqar-ul-Hassan had gone to read the Majlis on the night of the motorway rape incident and there is a witness to this. Talking to me, Mohammad Shabbir said that the police came to the house at around 2 o'clock yesterday and started torturing my brother Tanveer Hussain and nephew who were present in the house, when they were asked why. Mohammad Shabbir said that when the policemen reached home and tortured his brother, he was in the factory where I got a call that the policemen had come home. And Tanveer Hussain is being tortured. I reached home immediately but the police did not let me go home. Then the policemen took my brother and nephew with them.

He said that when Waqar Al-Hassan was called and asked if the policemen had come to his house in search of him, Waqar Al-Hassan said that he had come to read the Majlis, after which Waqar Al-Hassan hung up the phone. Shabbir said that three or four years ago today, Waqar Al-Hassan used to rent a motorbike. A man took a motorbike from him and did not return. When Waqar went to his house to get a motorbike, the man said: I don't have a motorbike. Take these two goats of mine. When Waqar brought the goats, the man complained to the police that Waqar had stolen the goats. He used to use it. If he called a servant, it was not his fault.
