The incident of rape of a woman on the motorway is a moment of worry: Monis Elahi

PML-Q central leader Monis Elahi has expressed regret over the incident of rape of a woman on the motorway a few kilometers away from Lahore Ring Road and said that the incident is a matter of concern for Punjab and the Motorway Police. But he said that Punjab should prioritize the performance of duties over the struggle for police posts.

It is to be noted that this tragic incident took place on the motorway at around 1.30 pm two days ago in which a woman was sexually abused by unknown persons in front of her children and then she was robbed and fled. Prime Minister Imran Khan and Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar have taken notice of the incident and ordered to arrest the accused as soon as possible.
