Schedule of remaining matches of PSL Five released.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the dates and venues for the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Five, with the final match to be played on November 17.

According to the details, the PCB has said that after the reduction of corona virus cases in the country and the situation has improved, the PCB has fixed the dates for the play-off and final matches of Pakistan Super League-5, under which the play-off matches will be played. The matches will be played on November 14 and 15, while the final match of the tournament will be played on November 17. Due to the corona virus, all these competitions will be held in the biosecure bubble, due to which Gaddafi Stadium Lahore has been selected.

It is to be noted that due to the spread of Corona virus in the country, the matches of the last phase of PSL 5 were postponed in March on which it was suggested that instead of holding the remaining matches, Multan Sultans should be declared the champions at the top of the points table. However, there was a mixed reaction to the proposal and the majority insisted on holding matches.

PCB and PSL franchises have decided to hold the remaining 4 matches of the tournament after a long deliberation, which has caused a wave of happiness among the cricket fans and of course the players of Lahore Qalandars are also very happy. Who have qualified for the playoffs for the first time in the last four seasons due to persistent poor performance.

According to the PCB, the qualifier of the event on November 14 and the eliminator one match will be played on the basis of double headers. Multan Sultans and Karachi Kings will compete in the qualifiers while Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi will compete in Eliminator One. Similarly, Eliminator 2 will be played on November 15 in which the losing team of the qualifier and the winning team of Eliminator One will compete and the winning team will reach the final. After a day of rest, the final match will be played on November 17.

Sources said that the holding of these matches in November has created the possibility of allowing the spectators to come to the stadium. However, any final decision in this regard will be made based on the current situation. However, this is still a strong possibility. To avoid any kind of problem, matches should be held in the bio-secure bubble without spectators.
