According to details, a case of arms used in Dr Maha's suicide was heard in a local court in Karachi during which an interim challan was presented. Police said in the interim challan that the pistol used in Dr Maha's suicide was bought on July 9, but on July 12, accused Saad sold his licensed pistol to accused Tabish for Rs 9,000. Has confirmed to buy a pistol from Tabish. According to the challan, Tabish gave a pistol to Dr. Maha a month ago.

After investigation of the case, section 24 of Sindh Arms Act against accused Tabish is proved. The investigating police has also deleted section 109 in the interim challan.
