A newborn who was found injured on the sidewalk in Argentina's northeastern province has survived.

The boy was wrapped in a plastic bag and had stab wounds on his body while a rusty dagger was stuck in his stomach.

Gym instructor Diego Sebastian was walking down the street when he saw a black plastic bag with a pink blanket on the sidewalk.

When Dagosibastian opened the plastic bag, it contained a newborn baby who was bleeding and had a rusty dagger attached to his back.

Seeing the situation, the instructor immediately informed the police about the incident after which the officers and officers rushed to the spot.

Police immediately called an ambulance and rushed the boy to the hospital, where doctors removed the dagger attached to the boy's back and bandaged him.

Doctors said the baby was rushed to a hospital, which saved his life and is now out of danger. Police began investigating the case after obtaining CCTV footage and other information.

The doctors said that the baby was born two days ago after which he was subjected to inhumane torture and his body was cut with a knife.
