Famous Indian cricketer's family attacked, three arrested

 

Police have arrested three accused in the case of attacking the family of well-known cricketer Suresh Raina.

According to a report of a foreign news agency, on the night of August 19, the family of Suresh Raina was assassinated in Tharial village of PS Shahpurkandi of Pathankot district.

Suresh Raina's uncle Ashok Kumar, a contractor by profession, died on the spot, while his son Koshal Kumar died on August 31.

Media reports said that Ashok Kumar's wife Asha Rani is still in critical condition, however, two others injured in the attack were discharged from the hospital after receiving medical treatment.
