He said that the film on the life of Shashant Singh has been directed by Pakistani director Mohammad Musawar while it has been produced by Indian producer Raj Gupta. Hassan Khan said that the film is fully ready and will be released in a few weeks.

When actor Hassan Khan was asked about the release of the film on Amazon Prime, he said that the film was initially supposed to be released on Amazon Prime but when the news went viral, it was criticized by fans of Sashant Singh Rajput. There was so much criticism that Amazon Prime decided not to release the film and withdrew from the project. The film will now be released on the producer's own channel, Umm Perfect Movies.
