A heavy table fell on his head, killing the child at the wedding ceremony

 

A tragic incident occurred during a wedding ceremony in the United States when a 5-year-old child among the guests died when the table fell on his head.

The incident took place in the US state of Illinois, where the wedding was taking place at a local hotel.

Police say a few children were playing around the granite-level table while one child was sitting on the table, while other children climbed on the table.

As she began to fall due to the weight on one side of the table, the child sitting on the table grabbed her edges and fell to the ground including the table, her head was buried under the table due to which she died on the spot.

Among the guests was a doctor who immediately gave the child CPR and continued to do so until the medical staff arrived.

Medical personnel examined the child and later transferred him to a nearby hospital where the death of the 5-year-old child was confirmed.

After the tragic incident, the wedding ceremony was canceled soon while the guests were also severely shocked.
