Gaurav Arya's lawyer said this after getting ED's summons. Sushant;s Case

A lawyer for Goa-based hotelier Gaurav Arya said on Saturday that he would extend his full cooperation in the ED's investigation. Gaurav has been formally summoned by the Enforcement Directorate in the money laundering case filed against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Speaking to reporters outside Arya's resort in North Goa's Anjuna Beach Village, Delhi-based lawyer Manu Sharma also said that Gaurav, whose WhatsApp chats with Riya is going viral, according to the official citation based in Mumbai Will be present in ED's office.

Sharma said, "He will be present at the ED's office in Mumbai to give his statement. We will give our full cooperation in the investigation.

However, they are being planted regarding Gaurav's relation with Riya. There is no response to the allegations. The lawyer said, 'I will not give any response to my allegations. We will share our words with the agency.

When the ED failed to locate Arya on Friday, she was asked to appear at the agency's office in Mumbai at 11 am on Monday.

Originally from Delhi, Arya runs his own hotel in Goa, his hotel name is Tamarind in Anjuna. Riya and Arya were reportedly in touch with each other and according to reports, there were talks between the two about the drugs.
