Fitch described Pakistan's economic outlook as stable.

 

According to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, Fitch has rated Pakistan's economic outlook as stable.

The Finance Ministry has welcomed Fitch Ratings to maintain a negative B rating. He said that Fitch Ratings, like credit rating agency Moody's, has declared Pakistan's economy to have a stable outlook. He said that Pakistan's economic policies are being relied upon in a very challenging environment. He further said that international organizations are making Pakistan's economic policies effective. A spokesman for the Ministry of Finance said that Pakistan's economy was improving despite the Corona epidemic.
