England captain Owen Morgan said: "This time the situation will be different from the last time we played at home when we lifted the World Cup trophy at Lord's, but it is welcome that we are looking forward to the next edition of the event. Starting the journey.

"I am sure that cricket fans around the world will be anxious to revive white ball cricket and we are now looking at this challenge," he said.

Referring to the series against England, he said: "It's definitely going to be a challenge to play against a team that won the World Cup a year ago. We have gained confidence.
